Off topic, I just read Captain Marvel 124 from 1950 something. One of the stories Captain Marvel and the Time Travel Circus, features a circus through time travel brings heroes from the past to the present. One of the heroes is Don Quixote. I tend to think this is an AU since I don't think Captain Marvel is in the CU. Also, they parade the heroes down the city street which violates the world outside your window rule.
