Per Doc Savage: His Apocalyptic Life, James Fenimore Cooper’s Natty Bumppo is a Wold Newton Family ancestor, so this crossover brings in Gabaldon’s Outlander series which blends the historical romance and science fiction genres. Lord John Grey also appears in a spin-off series of his own.
