Crossover TV Episode: Legacy of Death

 

In this episode of The Avengers, Humbert Green and Sidney Street discuss what they can steal now that the jeweled dagger called the Falcon has slipped out of their grasp. Sidney suggests, “There comes to mind a certain bird, a statuette thing. Maltese, I believe, belonging to some brothers.” The bird statuette is the Maltese Falcon. The “brothers” are presumably the Knights Templar.

    Are you sure it is the Knights Templar or is it the Knights of Malta which was the ones from the Dashiell Hammett novel. They were two different groups. Or did the Templars some how get control of it?
