Crossover Cover: Unearthed

In a flashback to France in 1985, Atomic Robo battles his old foe Heinrich von Helsingard, whose brain has been placed in a cybernetic body, alongside Roadblock, Scarlett, and Bazooka, from the toy line G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero. The Joes’ British counterpart, Action Force, is already in the CU through references to Fu Manchu and Denis Nayland Smith. The Joes will also later meet the DangerGirl team.

  1. I like that the Joes are but what about the G I Joe/Transformers crossover?

    1. Win already stated in the introduction to Crossovers Volume 1 that the premise of the Transformers is incompatible with the principle that the CU, at least on the surface, closely resembles the world outside our window, and therefore, neither he nor I are including the Joes/Transformers crossovers in the CU.

    2. You can still include the IDW Infestation crossovers, though, right? Since part of the premise is that these are interdimensional crossovers, it's possible to say that the G.I. Joe parts are in the CU and the Tranformers parts are in an AU. Or does that not work?

    3. I'm fine with not including the Transformers.I was just wondering about that particular storyline.

  2. What I want to know is if the Joes actually wore costumes instead of you know actual military uniforms? Or was that a fictionalization?

  3. Some the Transformers are an AU, I think the Inhumaoifs would be as well. The reporter Hector Ramirez appeared on all three shows (G. I. Joel, Transformers and Inhumanoids).
